Welcome to Muha Members. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Muha Members mobile application (the "App") operated by Muha Meds ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
By downloading, installing, or using the Muha Members app ("App"), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App. This license is effective until terminated by you or Muha Members. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license and account.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Muha Members maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any user who posts objectionable content or engages in abusive conduct — including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit material, or content that promotes violence — will have their content removed immediately and their account permanently terminated.
Users may report objectionable content or abusive users directly within the app. All reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Account Creation
To use the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, username, first and last name, phone number, state of residence, and password. You may also register using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
2.2 Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated
- You may not create more than one account per person
- You may not use another person's account without their permission
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
2.3 Email and Phone Verification
We require email verification to activate your account. Phone verification may be required for certain features such as password recovery. You agree to receive verification codes via email and SMS.
3. Product Verification
3.1 QR Code Scanning
The App allows you to scan QR codes on products to verify authenticity. Verification results are provided for informational purposes only.
3.2 No Guarantee
While we strive to provide accurate verification results, we do not guarantee that verification results are error-free. We are not responsible for counterfeit products sold by third parties. A successful scan confirms only that the QR code is registered in our system — it does not constitute a warranty of product quality, safety, or legality.
3.3 Counterfeit Reporting
You may report suspected counterfeit products through the App. We will review reports but are not obligated to take any specific action. False or malicious reports may result in account suspension.
4. Rewards Program
4.1 Points
You may earn points by scanning QR codes, creating posts, engaging with content, and participating in other activities within the App. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for currency.
4.2 Prize Redemption
Points may be redeemed for prizes as available in the App. Prize availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program at any time.
4.3 Prize Fulfillment
When redeeming a prize that requires shipping, you must provide accurate shipping information (name, address, phone number). Prizes are shipped to addresses within the United States only. We are not responsible for prizes lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by you. Shipping is provided at no cost to you.
4.4 Raffle Prizes
Certain QR codes may enter you into a raffle for prizes. Not all scans result in a prize win. Raffle outcomes are determined by our system and are final.
4.5 Abuse
We reserve the right to revoke points, withhold prizes, or suspend accounts if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse of the rewards system, or violation of these Terms.
5. User-Generated Content
5.1 Content You Submit
The App allows you to post text, images, and videos, leave comments, and react to content posted by other users. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
5.2 Content Standards
You agree not to submit content that:
- Contains explicit nudity or sexually explicit material
- Depicts or promotes violence or threats of violence
- Contains hate speech, hate symbols, or discriminatory content
- Is visually disturbing, graphic, or shocking
- Is defamatory, libelous, or intentionally misleading
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Contains personal information of others without their consent
- Is spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
5.3 Content Moderation
We use automated systems and manual review to moderate content. We reserve the right to remove, hide, or restrict any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, without prior notice. Content moderation decisions are at our sole discretion.
5.4 License to Your Content
By submitting content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works of your content in connection with the App and our business operations. This license survives account deletion for content that has been shared publicly.
5.5 Content Removal
We may remove or hide content at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or moderation decisions. We are not obligated to store, maintain, or provide copies of content you submit.
5.6 Zero-Tolerance Policy

6. Events
6.1 Event Listings
The App may display events organized by us or by third parties. Event details (dates, times, locations, capacity) are provided as-is and may change without notice.
6.2 RSVP and Attendance
You may RSVP to events through the App. An RSVP does not guarantee entry, particularly for events with limited capacity. We are not responsible for events organized by third parties.
6.3 Event Coupons
Promotional coupons or codes associated with events are subject to their own terms, including validity periods, usage limits, and minimum purchase requirements.
7. Push Notifications and Communications
7.1 Notifications
By using the App, you consent to receive push notifications related to your account activity, including comments, reactions, event reminders, order updates, and other App-related notifications. You may disable push notifications through your device settings.
7.2 Email Communications
You consent to receive transactional emails related to your account (verification, password resets, order confirmations, shipping updates). You may unsubscribe from promotional emails through the App.
7.3 SMS Communications
You consent to receive SMS messages for account verification and password recovery. Standard messaging rates may apply.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Property
The App and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Muha Meds and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Muha Meds name, logo, and all related names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of Muha Meds.
8.2 Your Property
You retain ownership of the content you create and submit to the App, subject to the license granted in Section 5.4.
8.3 Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on the App infringes your copyright, please contact us with a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing content, and your contact information. We will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the App
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Circumvent content moderation or security measures
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the App
- Use the App to distribute malware or harmful code
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the rewards system
- Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials
10. Account Suspension and Termination
10.1 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior. Upon termination:
- Your access to the App will be revoked
- Accumulated points will be forfeited
- Pending prize redemptions may be canceled
- Your content may remain on the App as described in Section 5.4
10.2 By You
You may delete your account at any time through the App's profile settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Accumulated points and unredeemed prizes will be forfeited upon deletion.
11. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Product verification results are accurate or complete
- Any defects will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or harmful components
Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muha Meds and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Muha Meds and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Content you submit to the App
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Muha Meds regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
