Please Note: We only offer exchanges, not refunds. All sales are final.
Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we're happy to exchange it for a different size or style.
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Items must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other damage
- Sale items and final sale items cannot be exchanged
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our support team at support@muhamembers.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange
- Include the size/style you'd like to exchange for
- Our team will provide you with exchange instructions and a prepaid shipping label
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the label
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll ship out your exchange
Exchange Shipping
We provide a prepaid shipping label for your exchange return. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your exchange unless:
- We shipped you the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or defective
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Items returned after 30 days
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@muhamembers.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
Processing Time
Exchanges are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item. You'll receive an email notification when your exchange ships.
