1. Sponsor; Participating Licensed Cannabis Parties

The sponsor of the $25,000 Cash + New, Previously Untitled 2023 Dodge Challenger Giveaway is Michigan Investments 10 dba Muha Meds, Michigan marihuana license no. AU-P-000171 (Adult Use), with an address at 772 E Pinconning Road, Pinconning, MI 48650, in conjunction with other properly licensed MI marihuana businesses involved in lawful product supply, distribution, transportation, transfer, sale, advertising, promotion, or administration.

For purposes of these Official Rules, the foregoing entities are collectively referred to as the “Sponsor.”

This Giveaway may also involve other properly licensed Michigan marihuana businesses that manufacture, process, package, label, test, distribute, transport, transfer, supply, wholesale, retail, or otherwise provide products associated with this Giveaway, including licensed processors, producers, secure transporters, sales locations, retailers, suppliers, distributors, and any other applicable licensees authorized by the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency.

Each such entity is referred to in these Official Rules as a “Participating Licensed Cannabis Party.”

All Participating Licensed Cannabis Parties must hold all required Michigan marihuana licenses, approvals, and local authorizations applicable to their respective roles in connection with the products and activities associated with this Giveaway.

No Participating Licensed Cannabis Party is responsible for administering, sponsoring, funding, advertising, promoting, or awarding the prize unless that party is expressly identified as a Sponsor in these Official Rules or has separately agreed in writing to assume such responsibility.

Muha Meds is a trade name, brand name, intellectual-property licensor, or product brand used by or through a licensed Michigan marihuana business, then Muha Meds refers to the applicable brand, and the responsible Michigan licensee is Michigan Investments 10 dba Muha Meds, Michigan marihuana license no. AU-P-000171 (Adult Use).

Participating retail locations and other Participating Licensed Cannabis Parties may be identified in Giveaway advertisements, the Giveaway landing page, the receipt submission process, Sponsor’s internal promotion records, or other legally required disclosures.

Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and any other app store, social media platform, digital platform, or third-party platform used to advertise, promote, or administer this Giveaway are not sponsors, administrators, endorsers, or parties to this Giveaway.

2. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on May 15, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on June 12, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

The period between those dates is the “Promotion Period.” Sponsor’s computer system or designated timekeeping system is the official clock for the Giveaway.

3. Not a Raffle, Lottery, Gambling Activity, or Wagering Activity

This Giveaway is a no-purchase-necessary giveaway/sweepstakes-style promotion.

This Giveaway is not a raffle, lottery, charitable gaming event, gambling activity, wagering activity, contest of skill, or game requiring payment to participate.

The terms “raffle,” “raffle ticket,” “raffle ID,” “encrypted raffle entry ticket,” or similar wording may have appeared on draft artwork, physical mockups, prior promotional materials, app screens, codes, internal files, or other materials. Any such wording is not intended to create or describe a raffle, lottery, gambling activity, charitable gaming event, or wagering activity. Any such wording shall mean only a Giveaway Entry Code or giveaway entry submission under these Official Rules.

No purchase, payment, cannabis purchase, cannabis use, app download, store visit, or purchase of any kind is required to enter or win by using the free alternative method of entry described below.

4. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry and winner verification, are:

(a) legal residents of the State of Michigan;

(b) at least twenty-one years of age;

(c) legally permitted to participate in cannabis-related promotions under applicable law; and

(d) able to provide valid, government-issued photo identification showing age and Michigan residency.

Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, contractors, owners, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Muha Meds, participating retailers, Participating Licensed Cannabis Parties, affiliated cannabis licensees, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, app providers, vehicle dealers, prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns are not eligible to enter or win.

Immediate family members and household members of the foregoing individuals are also not eligible. “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. “Household member” means any person who resides at the same address, whether related or not.

5. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry. Both methods have equal odds of winning.

A. Giveaway Entry Code Method

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may submit a valid Giveaway Entry Code through the Members App or other Sponsor-designated submission process.

A Giveaway Entry Code may appear on Sponsor-designated promotional materials, digital materials, physical entry cards, product-related promotional inserts, retail promotional materials, or other Sponsor-approved materials.

Each valid Giveaway Entry Code submission will receive ten entries into the Giveaway.

Each Giveaway Entry Code may be submitted only once, unless otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor in writing. A Giveaway Entry Code is not valid if it is altered, duplicated, copied, sold, purchased, transferred, generated by unauthorized means, illegible, incomplete, previously submitted, obtained through fraud, obtained through unlawful activity, or otherwise unverifiable.

Possession of a Giveaway Entry Code does not guarantee entry. Sponsor must be able to verify the code, the entrant’s eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry

No purchase is necessary. To enter without making a purchase, scanning a code, downloading an app, visiting a store, purchasing cannabis, using cannabis, or taking any other purchase-related action, an eligible entrant may submit a free entry by sending an email to promotions@muhameds.com with the subject line “$25,000 Cash + 2023 Dodge Challenger Giveaway with Four $1,000 Secondary Prizes Free Entry.”

The email must include:

Full legal name;

date of birth;

Michigan residential address;

telephone number;

email address; and

the statement: “I am a Michigan resident, I am at least 21 years old, and I wish to enter the $25,000 Cash + 2023 Dodge Challenger Giveaway with Four $1,000 Secondary Prizes.”

Free entries must be received by June 12, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

Each valid free alternative method of entry submission will receive ten entries, the same number of entries as a valid Giveaway Entry Code submission.

Free entries and Giveaway Entry Code submissions have equal odds of winning.

No purchase, payment, store visit, cannabis purchase, cannabis use, app download, cannabis consumption, or possession of a Giveaway Entry Code is required to enter by the free alternative method of entry.

6. Entry Limits

Limit one entry submission per person per day, regardless of method of entry, unless Sponsor elects a different limit that applies equally to Giveaway Entry Code submissions and free alternative method entries.

For clarity, each valid daily submission receives ten entries, regardless of whether submitted through a Giveaway Entry Code or through the free alternative method of entry.

Multiple entrants may not share the same email address, phone number, app account, mailing address used for improper duplicate entries, or identity. Use of automated, robotic, scripted, programmed, bulk-entry, or third-party entry methods is prohibited.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who attempts to obtain entries by fraud, deception, multiple identities, duplicate accounts, code manipulation, tampering, or any other unfair means.

7. Prizes

Five prizes will be awarded, consisting of one Grand Prize and four Secondary Prizes.

Grand Prize.

One Grand Prize consists of:

(a) $25,000 cash; and

(b) one new, previously untitled 2023 Dodge Challenger from available dealer inventory, with exact trim, color, engine, drivetrain, features, options, mileage, equipment, and specifications determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, subject to availability.

Secondary Prizes.

Four Secondary Prizes will be awarded. Each Secondary Prize consists of $1,000 cash.

The approximate retail value of the cash portion of the Grand Prize is $25,000. The approximate retail value of the vehicle portion of the Grand Prize is $50,000.00. The approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize is $1,000.00. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $79,000.00.

The 2023 Dodge Challenger is no longer in current production. The vehicle prize will be awarded from available dealer inventory or another lawful source selected by Sponsor. References to “new” mean that the vehicle is intended to be previously untitled and unused for ordinary consumer ownership, although the vehicle may have mileage associated with manufacturer transport, dealer transfer, inspection, test driving, storage, maintenance, or delivery.

No cannabis, marihuana product, infused product, edible marihuana product, concentrate, paraphernalia, accessory, or cannabis-related item will be awarded as a prize.

The Grand Prize vehicle is awarded “as is,” subject only to any manufacturer’s warranty, dealer warranty, or other warranty that may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for manufacturer defects, recalls, warranty claims, vehicle availability, title delays, registration delays, delivery delays, supply-chain issues, dealer delays, storage-related issues, battery condition, tire condition, cosmetic condition, mileage variance, or changes in vehicle availability.

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, income taxes, sales taxes, use taxes, title fees, license fees, registration fees, insurance, delivery, pickup, inspection, emissions, dealer documentation fees, transportation costs, and all other costs and expenses associated with accepting, registering, insuring, possessing, and using the applicable prize, unless expressly stated otherwise by Sponsor in writing.

The Grand Prize winner must have a valid driver’s license and proof of legally required insurance before taking possession of the vehicle. If the Grand Prize winner cannot lawfully accept, register, insure, or take possession of the vehicle, Sponsor may disqualify the Grand Prize winner and select an alternate potential Grand Prize winner, or Sponsor may provide a cash substitute in Sponsor’s sole discretion if permitted by law and stated in these Official Rules.

Sponsor may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value or a cash alternative of $55,000.00 if the advertised vehicle is unavailable, already sold, damaged, delayed, recalled, cannot be titled, cannot be registered, cannot reasonably be delivered, or otherwise cannot reasonably be awarded. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Secondary Prize if necessary.

Prizes are non-transferable before award. No substitution is permitted except by Sponsor as stated in these Official Rules. Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and reporting obligations associated with the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation as required by law.

8. Vehicle Inventory and Condition

The Grand Prize vehicle is a new, previously untitled 2023 Dodge Challenger selected from available dealer inventory or another lawful source selected by Sponsor. Sponsor does not represent that the vehicle is currently manufactured, custom ordered, factory ordered, or available in any particular trim, color, engine, drivetrain, package, or configuration.

The Grand Prize vehicle may have mileage resulting from manufacturer transport, dealer transfer, inspection, test driving, maintenance, storage, or delivery. Such mileage will not affect the award of the vehicle unless Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the vehicle is unavailable, materially damaged, cannot be titled, cannot be registered, cannot reasonably be delivered, or cannot reasonably be awarded.

The Grand Prize winner acknowledges that availability of any 2023 Dodge Challenger is limited and that Sponsor may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value, or a cash alternative of $55,000.00, if the designated vehicle becomes unavailable, is sold before award, is materially damaged, is subject to a recall or title issue, cannot be registered, cannot reasonably be delivered, or cannot reasonably be awarded.

9. Winner Selection

On or about June 16, 2026, Sponsor or its designated administrator will randomly select five potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The first potential winner selected will be the potential Grand Prize winner. The next four potential winners selected will be the potential Secondary Prize winners.

The random drawing will include both valid Giveaway Entry Code submissions and valid free alternative method entries.

An entrant may win only one prize in this Giveaway. Once an entrant is selected as a potential winner, that entrant will not be eligible to win another prize in this Giveaway.

10. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. A purchase will not increase the odds of winning. Free alternative method entries and Giveaway Entry Code submissions have equal odds of winning.

11. Winner Notification and Verification

Each potential winner will be notified by email, telephone, app notification, or other contact information provided at entry.

Each potential winner must respond within 72 hours after Sponsor’s first notification attempt.

Before any prize is awarded, each potential winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification proving that the potential winner is a Michigan resident and at least 21 years of age.

Each potential winner may also be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, IRS Form W-9, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor or applicable law.

The potential Grand Prize winner may also be required to complete and return vehicle prize documentation, title and registration documentation, insurance documentation, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor, a vehicle dealer, or applicable law.

Sponsor may disqualify a potential winner if the potential winner:

fails to timely respond;

cannot be contacted;

is ineligible;

fails to provide required identification;

fails to complete required documentation;

fails to provide a valid driver’s license or proof of insurance if required for Grand Prize vehicle delivery;

provided false or incomplete information;

violated these Official Rules; or

is otherwise prohibited by law from accepting the prize.

If a potential winner is disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.

12. Grand Prize Vehicle Delivery and Acceptance

Grand Prize vehicle delivery, pickup, title transfer, and registration shall occur at a location and time designated by Sponsor or the applicable vehicle dealer.

Since the vehicle is a 2023 Dodge Challenger selected from available dealer inventory or another lawful source selected by Sponsor, delivery timing may depend on dealer processing, title availability, registration requirements, inventory location, transportation logistics, inspection, maintenance, and other vehicle-specific requirements.

The Grand Prize winner must personally appear to complete required vehicle paperwork unless Sponsor permits another lawful process in writing.

The Grand Prize winner is responsible for arranging transportation to and from the delivery or pickup location.

The Grand Prize winner must accept delivery of the vehicle within ten (10) days after being notified that the vehicle is available, unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing.

Failure to timely complete required paperwork, provide required insurance, pay required taxes or fees, or accept delivery may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for any delay caused by vehicle availability, dealer processing, title processing, registration requirements, insurance requirements, manufacturer delays, recalls, weather, force majeure, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

13. Cannabis-Specific Restrictions

Participation in the Giveaway does not require the purchase, possession, use, or consumption of cannabis.

Sponsor does not encourage overconsumption, unlawful use, impaired driving, resale, diversion, use by persons under 21 years of age, use outside the State of Michigan, or any activity that violates applicable law.

Any cannabis purchase associated with this Giveaway, if any, must be made only by a person legally permitted to purchase marihuana under Michigan law and only in compliance with all applicable purchase limits, identification requirements, local ordinances, Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency rules, and the lawful operating requirements of the applicable licensed retail location.

All cannabis products associated with this Giveaway must be manufactured, processed, packaged, labeled, tested, transferred, transported, supplied, distributed, sold, and tracked only by or through properly licensed Michigan marihuana businesses, including any applicable Participating Licensed Cannabis Parties.

Any transportation, delivery, movement, or transfer of marihuana product associated with this Giveaway shall be conducted only by an appropriately licensed Michigan marihuana secure transporter or other licensee legally authorized to transport, deliver, move, or transfer the product under applicable Michigan law, Cannabis Regulatory Agency rules, and applicable statewide monitoring system requirements.

No cannabis, marihuana product, infused product, edible marihuana product, concentrate, paraphernalia, accessory, or cannabis-related item will be awarded as a prize. The prizes consist only of the cash and vehicle prizes described in these Official Rules.

No person under 21 years of age may enter, win, or participate in this Giveaway.

14. Licensed Product Supply, Distribution, and Transportation

Any cannabis product associated with this Giveaway must be supplied only through lawful Michigan cannabis channels and by properly licensed Michigan marihuana businesses.

Sponsor and each Participating Licensed Cannabis Party are responsible for compliance with the Michigan laws, rules, license conditions, local approvals, product-tracking requirements, testing requirements, labeling requirements, transfer requirements, transportation requirements, advertising requirements, and recordkeeping obligations applicable to their respective roles.

A Participating Licensed Cannabis Party’s involvement in manufacturing, processing, packaging, labeling, testing, supplying, distributing, transporting, transferring, wholesaling, retailing, or otherwise providing product does not make that party a sponsor, administrator, prize provider, guarantor, promoter, or advertiser of this Giveaway unless that party is expressly identified as a Sponsor or has separately agreed in writing to assume such responsibility.

Sponsor reserves the right to add, remove, substitute, or update Participating Licensed Cannabis Parties as necessary to comply with applicable law, Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency requirements, product availability, supply-chain requirements, transportation requirements, statewide monitoring system requirements, or operational needs.

15. Advertising and Marketing Compliance

All advertising and marketing for this Giveaway must comply with applicable Michigan municipal ordinances, Michigan state law, and Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency rules.

Sponsor and any Participating Licensed Cannabis Party involved in advertising, marketing, or promoting the Giveaway shall not advertise or market marihuana products or this Giveaway in a manner that is false, deceptive, misleading, or directed to individuals under 21 years of age.

Sponsor and any Participating Licensed Cannabis Party involved in advertising, marketing, or promoting the Giveaway shall not use advertising that is attractive to minors, including cartoons, toys, mascots, youth-oriented characters, or other content primarily appealing to individuals under 21 years of age.

Sponsor and any Participating Licensed Cannabis Party involved in advertising, marketing, or promoting the Giveaway shall maintain reliable evidence that any television, radio, internet, mobile, print, social media, digital, outdoor, or other advertisement for this Giveaway is placed where no more than 30% of the audience is reasonably expected to be under 21 years of age.

No advertisement for this Giveaway may state or imply that cannabis use is required to participate, required to win, or increases the odds of winning.

No advertisement for this Giveaway may state or imply that any marihuana product has curative, therapeutic, health, or medical effects unless such claim is lawful and supported as required by applicable law.

No advertisement for this Giveaway may encourage overconsumption, impaired driving, unlawful resale, diversion, or use by persons under 21 years of age.

No advertisement for this Giveaway may describe the promotion as a raffle, lottery, gambling activity, charitable gaming event, or wagering activity.

16. Cannabis Warning

For use only by individuals 21 years of age or older. Keep out of reach of children. It is illegal to drive a motor vehicle while under the influence of marihuana. National Poison Control Center: 1-800-222-1222.

WARNING: USE BY PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING WOMEN, OR BY WOMEN PLANNING TO BECOME PREGNANT, MAY RESULT IN FETAL INJURY, PRETERM BIRTH, LOW BIRTH WEIGHT, OR DEVELOPMENTAL PROBLEMS FOR THE CHILD.

17. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, verify entries, prevent fraud, contact potential winners, award the prize, comply with tax and legal obligations, maintain required promotion records, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy located at muhamembers.com.

Sponsor will collect only the information reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, verify entries, prevent fraud, contact potential winners, award the prize, comply with tax and legal obligations, and maintain promotion records.

For adult-use marihuana transactions, Sponsor will not require a customer to provide identifying information other than identification necessary to verify age or information typically required in a retail transaction, except where the customer voluntarily provides information to participate in this Giveaway or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Entrant information will not be submitted to the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency except as required by law, regulation, subpoena, investigation, audit, or other lawful request.

Sponsor will use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect entrant information and will retain such information only as long as reasonably necessary for Giveaway administration, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping.

Entrants should not submit information for another person.

18. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, prize information, vehicle prize information, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further compensation, notice, review, or approval.

19. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Muha Meds, participating retailers, Participating Licensed Cannabis Parties, licensed processors, licensed producers, licensed secure transporters, licensed suppliers, licensed distributors, affiliated cannabis licensees, app providers, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, vehicle dealers, vehicle manufacturers, prize suppliers, social media platforms, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway, entry submission, code submission, code verification, winner selection, prize acceptance, prize receipt, prize possession, prize use, prize misuse, vehicle acceptance, vehicle possession, vehicle operation, vehicle defects, vehicle warranty claims, product availability, product supply, product transfer, product distribution, product transportation, product tracking, advertising, marketing, or any cannabis-related activity conducted in connection with this Giveaway.

20. Disqualification and Tampering

Sponsor may disqualify any person who Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, has:

violated these Official Rules;

submitted fraudulent, altered, duplicate, unauthorized, or unverifiable Giveaway Entry Codes;

used false information;

attempted to enter through multiple identities or accounts;

tampered with the entry process;

interfered with the operation of the Giveaway;

sold, purchased, transferred, copied, or attempted to generate unauthorized Giveaway Entry Codes;

acted in an abusive, disruptive, threatening, or unsportsmanlike manner;

violated applicable law or regulation; or

attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway.

Any attempt to deliberately damage or interfere with the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21. Cancellation, Suspension, or Modification

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, human error, regulatory action, force majeure, administrative error, security breach, product unavailability, vehicle unavailability, licensing issue, supply-chain issue, unauthorized code generation, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, fairness, legality, or proper operation of the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway is cancelled or terminated early, Sponsor may, in its discretion, award one or more prizes by random drawing from among all eligible entries received before cancellation or termination.

22. Governing Law and Venue

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

23. Winners List

24. Void Where Prohibited

This Giveaway is void outside Michigan and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sponsor is responsible for ensuring that the Giveaway is conducted only in jurisdictions and through advertising channels where it may lawfully be offered.
